Hello to you!
Hi, I am Michelle. I paint; Because the urge to create is powerful, amazing and strong.
I live in Denmark and live a very happy life with my dear husband of over 20 years.
I have enjoyed drawing since I was little, and learned some from my mother and brother, and I’ve attended some art courses too.
I have put it away several times during my life, but late 2021 some kind friends literally put some brushes and som oil paint in my hands and said: “Start painting again please”.
I have wise friends. So I did what they said. And now I can’t stop.

My admiration for the overwhelming beauty that surrounds us — and the quiet harmony in how everything is connected — is what moves me to create.
Art, for me, is both devotion and release.
An outlet for the impressions I absorb simply by opening my eyes and ears, and witnessing the world.
I am often left almost breathless in the presence of nature — its richness, its stillness, its quiet abundance.
In my work, I am looking for a way to express my admiration, and see it as an opportunity to also develop as a person and my skills.
Abstract interpretations merge with more life-like motifs, while natural textures, metallic elements and canvas interact as one.
Creativity feels like a living flame.
A gift.
A way of celebrating life.
I am in constant awe, that we get to express this with working with our own hands.
